1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Time Tunnel POV (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) concerning your use of the Time Tunnel POV mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Time Tunnel POV is an AI-powered historical experience platform that allows users to create, share, and explore immersive historical timelines. Users can describe historical periods or events they want to experience, and our AI generates video timelines with scenes depicting those historical moments.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. AI-Generated Content

Time Tunnel POV uses artificial intelligence to generate historical content including images, videos, and audio. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content is created by AI and may not be historically accurate
• Content is for entertainment and educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee historical accuracy of generated content
• You should not rely on generated content for academic or professional research
• Generated content may contain anachronisms or fictional elements

5. Subscription Terms

Time Tunnel POV offers the following subscription options:

• Time Tunnel POV Premium Monthly: Pricing as displayed in the App Store
• Time Tunnel POV Premium Annual: Pricing as displayed in the App Store

Premium features include unlimited timeline creation, unlimited video viewing, priority generation processing, and access to advanced historical periods and locations.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Free Trial

If offered, free trials allow you to try premium features before being charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for timeline descriptions and prompts you submit (“User Content”). You agree not to:

• Submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Request content depicting explicit violence, hate speech, or discriminatory material
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to generate content for commercial use without permission
• Share or distribute generated content in violation of applicable laws
• Use the service to spread misinformation or false historical claims

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its underlying technology are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Generated content is subject to the following terms:

• You retain rights to your original timeline descriptions and prompts
• Generated content (images, videos, audio) may be subject to the intellectual property rights of our AI content generation partners
• You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use of generated content may require additional licensing

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using Time Tunnel POV.

9. Content Generation Limits

To ensure fair use and manage server resources:

• Free accounts have limited timeline creation and viewing capabilities
• Premium accounts have higher or unlimited limits
• Generation times may vary based on demand and complexity
• We reserve the right to modify limits with reasonable notice

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract AI models
• Using generated content to deceive others about historical facts
• Automated or bulk content generation
• Reselling or redistributing generated content without permission

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though previously generated content may remain accessible according to our data retention policies.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR HISTORICAL CORRECTNESS OF GENERATED CONTENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO RELIANCE ON GENERATED HISTORICAL CONTENT.

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no warranty obligations regarding the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's terms shall govern regarding your use of the App in relation to Apple's services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
